Troubleshooting Problems Opening TVC Files
Troubles Opening TVC Files
Missing IMSI TurboCAD Deluxe
If you attempt to load your TVC file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open TVC Files". Usually, this is because you do not have IMSI TurboCAD Deluxe for %%os%% installed. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.
Tip: If you have another software that you know opens TVC files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.
Wrong Version of IMSI TurboCAD Deluxe is Installed
In some cases, you might have a newer (or older) version of a Turbo View & Convert Batch Presets File file that is unsupported by your installed application version. If you do not have the proper version IMSI TurboCAD Deluxe (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above. This issue mainly occurs when your Turbo View & Convert Batch Presets File file was created by a newer version of IMSI TurboCAD Deluxe than you have on your PC.
Tip: Investigate your TVC file by right-clicking and selecting "Properties" to find clues on what version you need.
Summary: In either case, the majority of problems opening TVC files are related to not having the correct software application installed on your computer.
